General terms of contracts in line with the content of art. 85 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labor market institutions, which apply to the cooperation agreement between each client (foreign employer) and the employment agency Logistiva Sp. Z o.o. (Euro4you), as indicated directly during negotiations. 1. The parties agree that the period of employment is unpredictable in advance and is not only dependent on the employer, but also on the competence of the employee. The intention of the parties is to ensure the longest possible period of employment. The period of employment is usually specified in a specific order, which is sent to the employment agency by e-mail. 2. All candidates will be employed under a contract of employment. 3. The type of contract, terms of employment and social benefits are always notified to the employment agency by e-mail or sent to the employment agency draft contract with the candidate. 4. The social security conditions are also reported in the manner set out above. 5. Duties and authorizations are contained in a cooperation agreement every time. 6. The employment agency bears the costs of up to PLN 300 against the candidate only if he directed it to work with the Employer, who did not submit an order to employ this candidate, i.e. he did not accept his candidacy for the position. In the remaining scope, the liability of the recruitment agency is excluded. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a contract of employment between a candidate and an employer should be resolved in court or mediation proceedings only in the relationship between the two entities.
